The application of hot Dip Galvanized is so diversified
1.Construction field: Like metal decks, Ceiling, Verandas, Shutters, Sheds, Culverts ducts, roofing, partitions, fences, steel frames, decorations.
2.Appliances: Freezers, DVD cases, motor cases, Water heaters, washing machines, Stores, air condition, microwave, refrigerators.
3.Transportation: Containers, under body panel, Bus and Truck body panel, Fuel tanks, aircraft, etc.
4.Agricultural equipment’s: Barns, Sheds, Silos, Feeders, water tanks, green houses.
5.Furniture and other applications: Vending machines, drums office equipment, steel furniture, waste bins, lighting. The coating thickness should correspond to the table given below and is line with industrial standards. Other than these, individual coating can be provided. As per best practices, a thinner zinc layer result in improved weld ability, better surface appearance and increased formability of the steel.
